  • As a member of Jetts can I use all Jetts clubs in New Zealand and Australia?

Yes you can. Your Jetts membership gives you 24/7 access to 250+ clubs across New Zealand and Australia.

Tip: When using a club you haven’t used before make sure you swipe your Access Card once, wait 10 seconds and then swipe it again so your details can be uploaded into that club’s security system.

  • How old do I have to be to become a member of Jetts?

You can become a member of Jetts when you’re 14 years old, with parental consent. Members under 16 can only access the club during staffed hours. To access our clubs 24/7 you need to be a minimum of 16 years old (and have parental consent). All children under 18 years old can only become members of Jetts with parental consent.

  • Are casual or holiday passes available?

Yes, casual and holiday passes are available. Speak to your local Jetts Club Manager about which option will suit you best. You can find your club’s staffed hours and contact details here

  • Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 8 weeks over a 12 month term. If you want to put your membership on hold, logon to your Member account at jettsonline.co.nz and clock on "Place my Account On Hold" or speak to your Club Manager.

  • Do I have to pay extra for outdoor classes?

Some Jetts clubs offer outdoor classes for free, while others will run outdoor sessions at an additional cost. Please speak to your local Jetts Club Manager to see what outdoor sessions are available at your club. You can find your club’s staffed hours and contact details here.

  • Can I use other clubs immediately after joining or is there a waiting period?

There is no waiting period, so you can use all other Jetts clubs immediately after joining (and completing your Club Welcome).

  • Do I need to book in with a Personal Trainer?

If you’re interested in Personal Training please speak to your Club Manager. They will put you in touch with a Personal Trainer that best suits your requirements or alterntively go to jettsbookings.co.nz and select a trainer at your club.

  • Do I have to complete a Jetts Welcome?

Yes, during your Jetts Welcome you will learn how to use the Jetts equipment, and our safety procedures. Upon joining, your Club Manager will arrange a time with you to complete your Jetts Welcome which takes about 30 minutes.

  • How do I get into the club out of staffed hours?

You can access any of our 250+ clubs 24/7. To access a Jetts club outside of staffed hours, simply swipe your Access Pass at the front door, this will unlock the door so you can enter the club. During early hours of the morning, the lights may be off if no one else is in the gym, don’t worry as soon as you swipe your Access Pass the lights and music will turn on.

Tip: When using a club you haven’t used before make sure you swipe your Access Card once, wait 10 seconds and then swipe it again.

Important: You can’t access Jetts clubs outside of staffed hours without an Access Pass. If you forget your card it’s important you don’t try and get one of the members inside to let you in. Not only does this pose a security risk, it is against our Jetts club policy.

  • How busy does it get?

Being 24/7, our members have the freedom to workout on their terms whenever they want during the day. This means we don’t experience the same busy peak periods that other fitness clubs do, as the load is spread out over the day. That being said, there are still times that are busier than others, so if you want to avoid the crowds please speak to your Club Manager and they’ll be able to advise you and figure out the best times to workout. You can find your club’s staffed hours and contact details here.

  • If I have any questions about my membership or club, who do I speak to?

Your Jetts Club Manager is happy to help you with any questions or feedback you have. Please speak to them at the club during staffed hours, or give them a call. You can find your club’s staffed hours and contact details here. Alternatively, ask us a question here and we’ll get back to you shortly.

  • What if I want to cancel my membership?

Freedom of choice for our members is really important to us. If you need to cancel your membership, please visit your home club during staffed hours to have a chat to your Club Manager and complete the membership cancelation form. If you can't make it into the club during staffed hours, you can cancel your membership in writing by sending an email to your Jetts home club. You can find your club’s staffed hours and contact details here

  • How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
