What do you do now?

You will need to visit your local club during staffed hours and collect your 24/7 secure access tag to activate your membership. After this, our team will take you through a welcome tour.

Once you have done this you can start using the gym!

Your membership contract has been emailed to your nominated email address. 

We ask that you please review these details carefully, and if there is anything you wish to change please let us know by emailing membership@jetts.co.nz or call us on 0800 JETTS 247.

To change your payment frequency please contact Debit Success on 0800 481 0400 or email their team at customerservice@debitsuccess.co.nz

Please allow 72 hours for your membership to be activated in club.
