Body Weight At Home Workout - November 2018

24-28 Minute HIIT workout to do at home or at the park. Start warming up with some dynamic stretches. Do each exercise for 1 minute and then move on to the next. Rest between the rounds of the 4 exercises for 1 minute and then start again. Finish with a cool down by going for a short walk and static stretching.

  • Squat
  • Lateral Lunge
  • Squat Jump
  • Burpees
  • Walk Out Push Up
  • Tricep Dips
  • Mountain Climber
  • Star Jumps
