Fitness and health have always been a part of my life growing up as an athlete. I have played at the highest level at club level and represented my country at an international level. I enjoy every bit of fitness as a lifestyle, not only does fitness improves my physical performance but it improved my mental health to persevere with life challenges along the way. I want to help clients of all fitness levels to experience reaching their full potential with their health & fitness. With resilience and fostering a positive environment while working together towards those goals.
