My name is Boston, and I proudly embrace my Māori and Tongan heritage. Growing up, I faced challenges that many might find familiar—I was a skinny kid who often felt out of place and was mocked because of it. This experience led me to the gym, where I found not just a way to change my body, but a newfound strength and confidence that transformed my life. The journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me the value of perseverance and the incredible impact that fitness can have on both the mind and body. As I grew stronger, I realized that this wasn’t just about physical transformation—it was about reclaiming my power and finding joy in the process. The gym became my sanctuary, a place where I could push my limits and discover what I was truly capable of. I became a personal trainer because I want to share that joy and empowerment with others. I understand what it’s like to feel less than, and I’m here to help you overcome those challenges, just as I did.
