I have always been passionate with all things fitness and fell in love with kickboxing since 2013. Thai boxing, also known as the ‘art of eight limbs’, is a combat system that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Training and learning Thai boxing is an excellent vehicle for personal growth where you improve your physical and mental fitness and become the best version of yourself. My personal interest in functional fitness and martial arts combined with academic achievements where I completed Bachelor of Health Sciences, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health and more recently Graduate Diploma in Human Performance Sciences led me to a privileged space where I can share my passion and help others achieve their fitness goals.
