Dhruva Trivedi

My name is Dhruva, and I am a personal trainer from Auckland who is inspired to build valuable relationships with my clients and collaborate with everyone to reach your individualised goals. My journey in the gym started when I was about 16, and throughout, I have trained with various workout splits, exercises and training programs. Through my experimentation I’v come to build an indepth and personal understanding of what combination of different workout factors come together to achieve what goals. I’ll be doing 30-to-60-minute PT sessions focusing on strength and hypertrophy training, but feel free to come up to me and ask about anything gym-related. I’ll always be down for a little chat.
