Jessica Lindhér

I’ve done sport as long as I can remember. I started as a competitive gymnast , thereafter entered track and field; competed mostly in short sprints and long jumping, did some pole vaulting too. As an adult I then continued my competition path in weightlifting, became a senior national and Nordic champion . I have done coaching since I was 15 years old. And have now reached my 40’s. This has made me an experienced coach , not only physically but also mentally. Going through different stages of live has given be lots of knowledge and the ability to relate to different individuals. I have gotten the great opportunity to have being able to work in difficult countries in the world ,and that has made me more aware of what’s important to different people and why.
