From the age of 10, I hit rock bottom with my physical and mental health, struggling for nearly a decade. I suffered from obesity and substance addiction. At 20, I made the decision to turn my life around, starting with my physical health. Through hard work, knowledge, and discipline, I got sober and lost 50 kilograms. I fell in love with fitness and decided to pursue personal training with the hope of sharing the knowledge that transformed my life for the better. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your full potential—both inside and outside the gym.
