Josiah Lewis

Through playing rugby and different health issues I developed a love for training. Using it as a platform to heighten my performance, improve my health and strengthen my mental well-being. Realizing the difference it can make in peoples lives lead me to the decision to study towards a personal training certificate. I am now passionate about applying what I've learnt to help others, so that they can achieve their own personal goals. Becoming healthier, getting stronger, becoming more confident, and improving mental resilience are all things I want to help people achieve.
