I specialize in changing people's mindset using a variety of psychological techniques to help prompt motivation and really developing that mind-muscle connection so that you can 'feel' the results as you're working out. Personally I've had my ups and downs in life and have found myself falling into bad or unhealthy habits, but exercising and working out has been the one thing that has kept me grounded and given me the mental clarity and physical edge I need to excel in football and my studies.
