I'm someone who took awhile to really 'get into' sports and working out, and never really thought it was my thing until I found my community playing sport and, in my gym, and it totally flipped my view on exercise. This is where I found my passion for exercise and sport and honestly, now I can't get enough of it. Fitness has truly changed my life for the better and taught me so many important lessons around looking after my health and how to achieve goals I never thought I'd be able to achieve, and this is something I want to share with others! Whether it be dealing with injury (and I've been there), losing weight, feeling fitter after being at a desk all week, or toning some of those muscles you always wanted to see, I want to be that support person through that process and help you achieve your goals, however big or small they may be.
