Health and Fitness has always been a great interest of mine and have been involved in many sports since I was just a little. I am a qualified Personal Trainer with the aim to assist people from all walks of life to reach their personal health and fitness goals. I have knowledge and experience in sports injuries and rehabilitation, general fitness and toning and my special interest; strength-based training. I tailor solutions for older clients, younger athletes and people wanting to just shape up and get fit and I work on programs to suit every individual.
