Hi, I’m Patrick! I’m a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for health and fitness. A little about me: most days, you’ll find me at the gym, playing football, or browsing the ice cream section at Countdown. I first started weight training at 15, dabbling on and off while trying to learn the ropes, but I truly fell in love with it in my early 20s. Becoming a personal trainer was an easy choice for me because I genuinely love what I do. I want to help others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. I still remember the first time I stepped into a gym – I was nervous, unsure of where to go or what to do. Starting your fitness journey can be daunting, but I’m here to make that process as easy and enjoyable as possible. I take a simple yet effective approach to training, tailoring your program specifically to your goals so you can achieve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
