I personally have always been very shy, quiet and insecure, since getting into the fitness industry I have transformed into a completely different person. I have come out of my shell since beginning my health and fitness journey, becoming more confident, loud and allowing my personality to show. I have adopted a client centred approach to ensure that your exercise is always fun and sustainable for you to achieve the goals you want.
