So, I have been involved in the Fitness industry for about 4 and half years now. I have played a vast number of sports throughout the years beginning with rugby, then venturing off into football, tennis, cricket and a whole lot more. I have always found the concept of exercise to be very intriguing, how to manipulate the body's muscles to adapt to the type of training you are doing. I have coached U/19 Girls and Boys Football for 2 consecutive years, where we achieved many great things! In the end, my journey is all about growth, learning, and embracing new challenges. Whether I'm diving into a creative project, exploring new ideas, or building connections with others, I’m always driven by a passion for progress and making a positive impact.
