Peanut Butter Chia Seed Oats

Looking for a way to jazz up your oats? Try out this delicious peanut butter chia seed oat recipe that will keep you full all morning! It only takes about 10 minutes to make so it's perfect for those on the go as well.

Ingredients for two servings:

- 1 cup old fashioned oats

- 1 banana, sliced (Save a few slices for topping)

- 1 Tbsp chia seeds

- 1 Tsp cinnamon

- Pinch of salt

- 3 cups of water

- 2 Tbsp peanut butter

Add oats, banana slices, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt to a pot. Add water and stir to combine.

Heat over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Make sure you stir while cooking so it doesn't clump.

Pour the oats into two seperate bowls and top with peanut butter, banana slices and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

A bowel has around 17 grams of fiber and 11 grams of protein. Delish!
