Crumbed Chicken Strips Recipe

All you need is four ingredients: 1 Egg, 1/4 Cup Flour, 1/C Breadcrumbs, and 400g Chicken Tenderloin. You can also add any additional seasonings you'd like.
Set up three bowls: Crack the egg into one, pour the flour into the next, and the crumbs into the third. Drop the chicken into the flour, then the egg wash, and then the crumbs. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
You can have these on their own with sauce, in a wrap or burger, as part of a salad, chopped up into sushi... What's your favourite way?
