Super Food Buddha Bowl

Buddha bowls or macro bowls are a great way to get all of your nutrients in. They're so tasty and you can mix it up however you like, the possibilities are endless! 

We've put together our favourite Buddha bowl for you and your friend. Try it out to feed your belly and soul. 


- 1 cup roasted sweet potato

- 1 cup quinoa

- 1 cup roasted chickpeas

- 200 grams of cooked chicken 

- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach

- 1 avocado, sliced

- Sprouts

- Pumpkin seeds


1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

2. On a lined baking sheet, mix sweet potatoes and chickpeas with olive oil and salt. Roast for 40 minutes.

3. Place 1/2 cup of kale/spinach and 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in each bowl. 

4. Top with roasted sweet potato, quinoa, chickpeas, avocado and chicken.

5. Add sprouts and pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
