Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I try Jetts for free?

    Yes, we offer a three day free trial for all our club locations. Free pass access is only allowed during club staffed hours. You can sign up for a free trial here.

  • Can I visit the club on a casual pass?

    Yes we offer casual visit rates of $15, or a 5 visit concession for $30. Please email membership@jetts.co.nz or call 0800 JETTS 247 to get started.

  • What is the start up fee?

    Our startup fee is $49 for all clubs. This covers the cost of setting up the membership and direct debit with our third-party billing provider. This is subject to the current offer.

  • Who should I speak to if I have a question about my membership?

    You can call or email our membership team at membership@jetts.co.nz or 0800 JETTS 247.

  • Can memberships be put on hold?

    You can place a temporary freeze on your membership for a minimum of 1 week (7 days) and up to a maximum of 4 weeks or 8 weeks per any one membership calendar year, depending on your membership type. You just need to get in contact with our membership team at membership@jetts.co.nz with at least 1 week notice prior to when you want the suspension to commence.   • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can ask to cancel your membership by emailing membership@jetts.co.nz with at least 2 weeks notice. View our terms and conditions for more information.

  • Can I change my home gym?

    Yes. You'll need to contact our membership team at membership@jetts.co.nz or 0800 JETTS 247.

  • Can I pay in advance?

    If you wish to pay in advance we offer 6 and 12 month options. You can find more information on these memberships here. To get started on a PIA membership visit your local club during staffed hours and speak to the club manager.

  • Does Jetts offer Personal Training or Fitness Classes?

    Yes, Jetts is proud to offer our expert personal training services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Each club will also run group classes from time to time, speak to your local club manager to see what schedule is in place. Please note that personal training is only available for members.

  • What equipment is offered?

    Cardio and strength training equipment are available as well as stretching areas.

  • Do you offer Corporate Rates?

    You may receive a preferred partnership start-up discount on selected membership options, if you are an employee of a company that we have a current corporate discount agreement with. Please ask your employer or contact us at membership@jetts.co.nz. If you’d like to discuss setting up a corporate membership for your place of work, email us at marketing@jetts.co.nz.

  • Do you have Student Rates?

    If you are a student, you may be eligible to receive a reduced start-up fee of $29 if you have a current valid student card. You must be at least 14 years old to become a member however conditions apply.

  • Do you offer Senior Rates?

    We have an Active 65 Plus membership for $130, 3months fixed term commitment. To sign up visit your local club and talk to your club manager to get signed up.
