Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Banana (frozen) 

  • ¼ Cup of Oats 

  • 1tbs Natural Peanut Butter 

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder 

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 

  • Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

  • Ice 

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve desired consistency. 

  2. Adjust flavour and consistency as needed.
