¼ Cup of Oats
1tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve desired consistency.
