Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 20g protein powder

  • 1/2 cup berries

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

  • Drizzle of honey

Method

Mix the chia seeds, milk and protein powder together. Leave overnight. Top with berries, nuts and drizzle of honey in the morning and enjoy
