1 scoop protein powder
50g rolled oats
1/2 cup berries
2 tablespoon chopped nuts
1 cup almond/oat/coconut milk
Optional: 1 tablespoon honey
1. Cook the oats with the milk. About minutes in the microwave or a bit longer on the stove.
2. Once cooked, stir through protein powder. You may need to add in more water to increase the texture.
3. Top with berries and chopped nuts.
4. Optional to drizzle through honey on the top.
