I'm a certified Personal Trainer who recently completed my course at AUT, who has a passion for helping people get stronger, more confident and acquire long-term healthy practises. My style is simple: effective strength training mixed with endurance circuit finishers striving for consistency every workout. What motivates me the most to help you is I haven't always been fit or healthy myself. I know what it's like to feel like an imposter or have low confidence when entering a gym and not liking what I'm seeing when I look in the mirror. That journey is what drives how I coach today - with empathy, understanding and focusing on lifelong personal progress. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength building, or simply wanting to like what you see when you see yourself, I'm here to guide and support you along every step of your journey.
