My fitness journey started when I realised how training and healthy habits could totally turn my life around - not just my body but also my confidence, energy and mindset got a serious boost. That experience lit a fire in me, and now Im stoked to be a Personal Trainer, helping others feel their absolute best. I love working with Kiwis who are just starting out and want to build some serious confidence in the gym, or folks who want to make sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. Im also all about supporting people who want to maintain or regain their strength, mobility and independence - so they can keep doing the things they love.
