Hi, I’m Belu! My passion for fitness began when I experienced firsthand how training and healthy habits can completely change not only your body, but also your confidence, energy, and mindset. That transformation inspired me to become a Personal Trainer so I can help others feel their best too. I love working with beginners who want to build confidence in the gym and develop long-lasting habits that fit their lifestyle. I also enjoy supporting people who want to maintain or regain strength, mobility, and independence so they can keep enjoying the things they love. My approach is holistic and supportive. I believe training should be empowering, enjoyable, and something you actually look forward to. Whether your goal is to get stronger, recover from injury, or simply feel healthier day to day, I’ll guide you and support throughout your journey.
