Ben Ruske

Hi, I'm Ben Ruske. I'm in my early 20s and qualified as a Personal Trainer. I'm excited to help others achieve their personal fitness goals through a supportive environment. When I started my own fitness journey I didn't know where to start, so I aim to be a helpful guide to newcomers so that their first experience at the gym isn't as overwhelming as it was for me. I like open two way communication between me and my clients to acheive their personal goals, through support and care. I want to make people's fitness journeys easier, as seeing people happy about their progress brings me joy. Because of this I am also open to any feedback. My aim with all my clients is to help them gain confidence in their own bodies, as that I can relate too with my own fitness journey. Outside the gym I also enjoy video games and am a huge fan of all kinds of music.
