From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for team sports and the competitive spirit, discipline, and connection that come with them. Over the years, that passion grew into my own training journey in powerlifting and bodybuilding, where I’ve developed a strong understanding of strength, technique, and physical performance. These experiences continue to shape who I am as both an athlete and a coach. As a personal trainer, my passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals and build confidence through movement.
