I grew up in the '60s, '70s, and '80s in an area with a small army of kids all about the same age and all mad on sport with every sporting facility imaginable within walking distance or a short bike ride away. As you can imagine I had no chance health, fitness and sport are in my blood. Unfortunately for me, I had to do everything the hard way. Several severe injuries, poor life choices, and illness have created more than a few challenges for me over the last 40+ years. Fortunately, there is an upside to life's little lessons/experiences. For me, it was an insight into my health, well-being, and fitness. How nutrition is a huge part of your day-to-day well-being. How to make small life changes/habit changes To D/stress and prioritise your health. How to train smart, adapt, and change how you train as you age. The one constant in my life over the last 40+ years has been a gym. My happy place you might say. My biggest kick in life now is to help those who want help to not make the mistakes I made to stay fit and healthy.
