Kia Ora! My name is Bronson, and in 2021 I became a qualified personal trainer. From a young age, fitness has always been a big part of my life, and over time it has grown into a passion for building a positive, lifelong relationship with movement and overall wellbeing.

To me, exercise has always been about more than appearance. It’s one of the most powerful tools for improving not only physical health, but mental wellbeing too.

Whether you’re completely new to the gym or wanting to take your training to the next level, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way. I focus on creating training that is enjoyable, sustainable, and tailored to your goals. Whether that’s fat loss, building strength, improving fitness, gaining confidence in the gym, or simply wanting to get your body moving, my goal is to help you push past barriers, stay motivated, and build a healthy relationship with fitness both mentally and physically.
