Hi – I’m Daniel! I’m a personal trainer dedicated to helping people achieve real results in a realistic timeframe. Since I was 21, I’ve been passionate about health and fitness, striving to achieve the best results for myself. Over the years, I’ve transformed my body from being skinny-fat to a version I’m truly proud of. My mission is to use this experience to help others achieve similar transformations, so they can see and be proud of the results they create.
My main focus in personal training is strength and conditioning, where I aim to help people build a physique like Black Widow or Captain America. I also enjoy assisting clients with weight loss and overall fitness outside of strength training. Beyond 1:1 sessions, I love running group training sessions, creating a fun, social environment while challenging participants with structured fitness drills.
