My name is Duane and I’m passionate about helping people work towards their goals, no matter where they’re starting from. My journey into personal training began not as an athlete, but as someone who wanted to feel healthier, happier, and more confident. I understand the nerves and uncertainty that come with trying something new, and I believe that everyone deserves a supportive, judgment-free space to grow. With a focus on hypertrophy and weight loss, my mission is not just chasing short-term results - it’s building lifelong habits. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned lifter, I’ll meet you where you are and coach you towards a healthier, happier life. One fun, skill packed session at a time. My approach to training is friendly, professional and tailored to each individuals needs. With a broad knowledge of exercise, I understand how important it is for us, not only physically but mentally. I strive to deliver exercise programs that are based on your goals, proven to work and that are backed by science.
