Originally from a dance background and now with over 15yrs experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I am excited to be back at Jetts Howick once more. Having left the Jetts environment to start a family, I believe in health and fitness now more than ever. Functional movement is at the heart of all of my training so whatever your starting point is, or your objectives are, I'd be happy to help you on your fitness journey.
