Excitement for physical activities and building higher levels! I started with simple gym workouts in between cheerleading and glee club performances from university days, to my arrival in New Zealand with intentions and history of building both muscular strength and rhythmic dancing productions. Currently working to design workouts for both simple weight training as well as more dynamic routines that will shake our view on “fitness”. Years of physical recovery and hard times of self-acceptance took their toll, but life goes on for me and so should everyone. With my recently acquired Exercise qualification, I intend to move my fitness career higher, and help you reach the most of your best today!
