My name is Jason Wang and I'm here to help you build a life where you can feel healthy both physically and mentally. My passion for fitness began when I took my first step inside a gym back in high school. I didn't think much of it at the start but little did I know, that was the turning point of my life. I was completely hooked by the body composition changes and health benefits I was receiving. It was then that I decided to make fitness my lifestyle. I took that passion into my fitness studies and received my personal training certification. My goal is to further expand my knowledge in fitness, pass it on to others and share just how much fitness can offer.
