I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals in the most enjoyable and effective way. I have a background in sports such as representitive basketball and softball. Although i am newly qualified I have been invested in all aspects of physical activity for the last 6 - 8 years and have utilised this experience to develop my approach to training. My favourite style of gym training is HIIT training. However i have a wealth of knowledge surrounding all modalities of training so whatever it is you are wanting to achieve i can help.
