No two fitness journeys are the same. Each one of us has our own unique journey. I would love the opportunity to support, encourage, help build confidence and meet you wherever you are on your own personal fitness journey. I aim to break generational cycles and arm clients with the tools to look after themselves, their family and community. My family pathology of diabetes, obesity and hypertension has given me an awareness of the importance of looking after my health and fitness, which is why I am here to support you and the community on its health and fitness path wherever needed.
