Fitness came into my life when I was a teenager, and it has completely changed my life for the better. When I started going to the gym, I was overweight and directionless, since then I have changed my mind and body to be strong and resilient. I found going to the gym gave me the discipline to make changes in other aspects of my life and made me an overall more focused, goal oriented and happy person. I have adopted a love for hypertrophy training to gain muscle and stay lean, my goal is to educate and share my own knowledge that I have learnt over my 10 +years of personal experience with my clients' to give them the best results possible. I am very focused on my clients' likes and dislikes, I will listen to your goals and create a path to achieve your goals in an effective and fun approach.
