Growing up, I've always been inspired by my parents where my dad was extremely active and fit and my mum who loved to cook and fuel her body right. I was shown to look after my health because it is the best thing you could ever invest in. We only get 1 body and 1 life so why not make it a body that can help us live our life to the fullest?

Fitness, to me, is uplifting your life and pushing your body to its limits. With my core experiences in weight training, running, and Pilates, I understand the importance of utilising different aspects of training including strength, power, endurance, speed, balance, and flexibility. Fitness goes beyond just your physique, but it is also how it can improve your mental health, daily habits, mood, and create discipline. Over the years of my training and working on myself, I gained my confidence and self-love, which I believe everyone deserves.

So, with this, I wish to create the best version of YOU. I want to empower and encourage you to put yourself first. It is a privilege to be able to move, so never take your health for granted. Let's unlock your potential. You would be surprised by what your body is capable of.
