Leo Xue

I have a passion on fitness training, I used to be very skinny which is 50kg and shy when I was 18 years old on the school. Fitness changed my life, I got stronger and more confident. I did the NZIFBB classic bodybuilding competition in 2018, and few times IPF powerlifting competition. In 2020, I have got my first champion of IPF Auckland compotation in 105 bodyweight class, and I still hold the Auckland record for Squat. I would like to help members, making them reach their goal, and have fun training. Come to see me if you have any questions about your training. I do 30mins PT session, 60mins PT session and small Group Training session(45mins). "If you want something you've never had, then you've got to do something you've never done."

  • REPs Exercise Consultant Level 2

  • NZQF Exercise Level 4 Personal Trainer

  • Level 3 First Aid and CPR qualified
