Sup, team! My passion for health and fitness began in 2019, but sports have always been a part of my life. From Touch, Tag, Football, to Boxing - if it’s a sport with a ball, I’ve probably played it. Growing up, Rugby League was my main sport, and I’m still playing to this day. Health and fitness have always been a major part of my footy journey, and that’s why I’ve chosen to become a personal trainer - to use my skills and experiences to help you. Whether you're a beginner just getting started or an athlete aiming to enhance your performance, I’m here to help you achieve your goals and enjoy the process.
