I’m a yoga and functional training coach with years of experience, helping both women and men build a stronger, healthier, and more balanced body. I have a strong focus on women’s health, including pre & postnatal recovery, perimenopause training, and core & pelvic stability. I also work with clients who want to lose fat, build strength, improve posture, and move better in everyday life. My approach combines yoga, strength training, breathwork, and aerobic dance to create safe, effective, and enjoyable programs tailored to your body and goals. Aerobic dance adds a fun and energising element to training, helping improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall endurance.
