I was actually someone who did not grow up fit or confident. Like so many women, I struggled with hormonal issues, fatigue and weight gain, emotional ups and downs. Eventually, I knew that something had to change within my lifestyle habits. After achieving 20kgs of fat-loss myself, and feeling more confident than ever, I am here to help others do the same. Through studying Exercise Science and Nutrition, my method of training combines strength training, lifestyle awareness and evidence based approaches that help you stay consistent and give you long lasting results. Through my experience, I have learnt: - Strength is so much more than a look. - It’s about healing, showing up, and learning what your body needs. - Everyone’s body, hormones, lifestyle, abilities, and starting points are different. - The best results come from consistency, not over exerting yourself. Whether you’re new to training, or want to level up, I am here to support you every step of the way.
