My passion for fitness comes from my own health and training journey. I know how challenging it can be to start exercising, build new habits, and stay consistent. That's why my coaching philosophy is simple: from zero to something. Every step forward counts, and sustainable progress is always better than chasing quick fixes. I specialise in helping beginners gain confidence in the gym, improve their strength, and develop healthy lifestyle habits that last. I also enjoy working with seniors and individuals returning to exercise after injury, using functional training principles to help them build strength, improve mobility, and maintain the independence needed for everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, capable, and motivated to keep improving.   • Intermediate Life Support (ILS) Medic Qualification (South Africa)
