As a personal trainer, my goal is to remove the guesswork, streamline the process, and help people train with clarity and confidence—while staying injury-free. Health and wellbeing are part of everyone’s life, whether we actively focus on them or not. My background spans combat sports from the age of 16, completing the Iron Māori at 19, competing in multiple powerlifting events, and earning multiple IFBB medals, including Gold/first place at the 2023 IFBB Natural Nationals. These experiences have shaped a coaching style that prioritises smart progression, proper movement, and injury prevention—because time spent injured is time taken away from results.
