Working in this industry for almost 16 years and 13 years at Jetts Grey Lynn has been a fantastic journey. I possess a wide range of skills and experience in training people from different backgrounds, including training pre and post-natal Mums, weekend warriors, young and old, and those who want weight loss or require injury rehabilitation.

I specialize in training females or males who want to look and feel better through core-based strength training combined with metabolic full-body training and mobility work. My main goal is to get my clients to perform better daily, get stronger, and grow mentally and physically. I love making people feel comfortable and trusting in our training, and I enjoy seeing my clients gain new skills and confidence. Seeing my clients happy and progressing is my passion and is why I love my job.
