I’m Paxton Grace, a certified Personal Trainer with a background in Psychology. Fitness has always been my therapy helping me build strength, confidence, and balance in my own life. That’s why I became a PT: to help others experience the same transformation, physically and mentally. I love guiding beginners, designing programs that fit your life, and seeing the pride and confidence my clients gain as they grow stronger. For me, fitness isn’t just workouts.
