Hi, I'm Scott, a Personal Trainer with 12 years experience. I have a strong passion for helping people to achieve their physical and mental health goals. To my clients I provide one-on-one personal training sessions, a personalised workout plan with updates, support, check-ins, optional help with nutrition and optional measurements.

I coach people from complete beginner through to advanced experience level. I have helped some clients to lose upwards of 30kgs in fat, and others to gain more than 10kgs in muscle. If your goals are within these ranges, I can help you achieve them.

  • Certificate in Personal Training Level 3/4 - NZIHF

  • Optimum Sports Nutrition Certificate

  • Punchfit Certified Boxing Trainer
