As an international flight attendant, I’ve spent years juggling long hours, fatigue, time zone changes, and the ongoing challenge of staying consistent with training and nutrition. There have been plenty of times where it felt like the odds weren’t in my favour, and I know that’s a familiar feeling for a lot of others too. Over time, I have crossed paths with people who genuinely wanted to improve their health but didn’t know where to start. Seeing that struggle — and knowing how much I’d learned from my own — is what inspired me to take the next step and become a trainer. What I’ve come to learn is how powerful strength training can be, not just for how you look, but for how you move, feel, and age. Now, I want to help others experience that shift too. My goal is to give you the tools, support, and confidence to live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, and feel good in the body you’re building along the way.
