Throughout my fitness journey, my main motivation has been self-improvement and building confidence. I began my journey feeling small, weak, and constantly underestimating myself. I had very little self-worth and realised that without change, I would remain stuck as someone I didn’t want to be. Through fitness, I have built both a body and a mindset that I can accept and truly love. I now feel stronger, more confident, and finally at peace with myself. While working towards your dream body can greatly improve mental health, I believe that developing a disciplined and resilient mindset is what creates truly unmatched self-worth. My goal is to help people build confidence, self-love, self-acceptance, and a strong sense of self-worth. Progress takes time, and I would love to be a part of your fitness journey.
